東京・麻布台ヒルズの森ビル デジタルアート ミュージアム：エプソン チームラボボーダレス（以下、チームラボボーダレス）では、独立した70以上の作品群が複雑に関係し合っています。 チームラボボーダレス内の《スケッチオーシャン》は、紙に描いた魚が、海で泳ぎだす作品です。チームラボボーダレスに訪れる世界中の人々によって、一つの作品ができていくのです。そして、人々が新たに絵を描き続けることによって、作品世界は延々と変わっていきます。
この海は、みんなが描いた魚たちが泳ぐ海です。
紙に自由に魚の絵を描きます。すると、描いた絵に命が吹き込まれ、目の前の海でみんなが描いた魚と共に泳ぎだします。泳いでいる魚は触れることもでき、触れられた魚は、いっせいに逃げだします。エサ袋に触ることによって、魚にエサをあげることもできます。
《スケッチオーシャン》のお絵かきスペースでは、世界中の世界各地から訪れる来場者と共に、クレヨンを使ってお絵かきをします。色使いや、描かれる模様など、自由な発想で描かれたユニークな魚たちを沢山見ることができます。
様々な種類の魚の中でも、マグロは、世界の他の場所で行われている展覧会の《スケッチオーシャン》まで泳いでいきます。また、世界の他の場所で描かれたマグロが、目の前の《スケッチオーシャン》の海の中に泳いで来ることもあります。
チームラボ スケッチファクトリー by teamLab Borderless
《スケッチファクトリー》は、《スケッチオーシャン》で描いた魚が、プロダクト（缶バッジ、タオル、Tシャツ、トートバッグ）になって持ち帰ることができる工場です。
《スケッチオーシャン》で描いた絵を、《スケッチファクトリー》で注文します。すると、あなたが描いた魚が《スケッチファクトリー》内に現れ、動き出します。プロダクトの生産が始まると、魚はプリンターの中に消えていき、缶バッジ、ハンドタオル、Tシャツ、トートバッグとなって完成します。

At teamLab Borderless (Azabudai Hills, Tokyo), there is a “Sketch Ocean” where fish drawn on paper begin to swim around. These fish drawings can also be brought to the teamLab Sketch Factory, where they can be made into various things you can bring home.
Mori Building Digital Art Museum in Azabudai Hills, Tokyo: Epson teamLab Borderless (“teamLab Borderless” for short) has over 70 independent works which are intricately interrelated. The “Sketch Ocean” installation at teamLab Borderless is a work in which drawings of fish start to swim around within the ocean. This way, people from all over the world who visit teamLab Borderless, end up contributing to the creation of a single work. This way, the world within this work continually changes as people continue to draw new pictures.
And so, this ocean is an ocean where the fish everyone has drawn swim.
You need only to draw a picture of a fish, however you’d like to, on a piece of paper. Then, that picture is brought to life, and will begin swimming in the ocean in front of you, along with the fish others have drawn. You can touch these fish as they swim, which causes them to quickly swim away all at once. Also, you can feed the fish by touching their food bag.
At the Sketch Ocean drawing space, you and visitors from all over the world use crayons to draw a picture. The fish are unique in the colors used, the patterns drawn, and the ideas behind their design, and there are many for you to see.
Amongst the various types of fish, the tuna swim to other “Sketch Ocean'' exhibitions throughout the world. And, the tuna drawn in other parts of the world may swim into the Sketch Ocean right in front of you.
teamLab Sketch Factory by teamLab Borderless
“Sketch Factory'' is a factory where you can take the fish you’ve drawn at the “Sketch Ocean”' home as a product (EG: as a pin-badge, a towel, a T-shirt, or a tote bag).
The process involves sending your fish from the "Sketch Ocean" to the "Sketch Factory" by putting in an order. Then, the fish you drew will appear within, and move around, the Sketch Factory. Once production begins, the fish will disappear into the printer, and emerge as a finished product, such as a pin-badge, hand towel, T-shirt, or tote bags.
